Shipping Policy

We pack your cigars the way they deserve -- carefully, with the right protection, and shipped with tracking so you know exactly when to expect them. Here is how we get cigars from our humidor to yours.

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Place your order before 12:00 PM Pacific and we will typically ship it the same business day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays go out the next business day.

You will get a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping methods and delivery times

We ship via UPS and USPS. Delivery estimates start after your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 business days) -- available for all eligible states
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) -- available for most destinations. Contact us to confirm availability for your area.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier volume, weather, and other factors outside our control can occasionally cause delays. If your order is running late, reach out and we will track it down.

Shipping costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders -- the current threshold is shown at checkout.

Adult signature required

Federal law requires it, and we take it seriously: every tobacco delivery requires a signature from someone 21 or older. This is mandated by the PACT Act and applies to all orders, no exceptions.

If no one 21+ is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and try again. Make sure someone eligible will be at the delivery address to receive your package.

Restricted states

State laws and carrier policies prevent us from shipping tobacco to:

  • Utah
  • Vermont

This list can change as regulations evolve. If your state is not listed but you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will confirm.

Orders placed with a shipping address in a restricted state will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or seems lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged shipments, photos of the packaging and affected items.

We will work with the carrier to sort it out -- replacement or full refund, your call.
