By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We verify age at multiple points during checkout and require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

Buying tobacco on behalf of anyone under 21 is illegal. Violations of federal and state tobacco laws may result in civil or criminal penalties.

Tobacco health warning

WARNING: Cigars and other tobacco products contain nicotine. Tobacco use increases the risk of infertility, stillbirth, low birth weight, cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and other serious health conditions. Cigars are not a safe alternative to cigarettes. Keep all tobacco products away from children.

Purchase conditions

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We work to keep inventory accurate, but premium cigars are limited products and stock can move fast.

Pioneer Cigars reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms
• Limit quantities on specific products
• Correct pricing errors -- if we catch a mistake after you order, we will reach out and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

Shipping restrictions

Federal and state laws restrict tobacco shipments to certain states. By ordering, you confirm that receiving tobacco at your shipping address is lawful under your state and local regulations.

Orders shipped to a restricted state will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Returns and refunds

Because cigars are perishable and federally regulated, all sales are final. We do make exceptions for items damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site -- text, photographs, graphics, logos, page layouts, and product descriptions -- belongs to Pioneer Cigars or our content partners and is protected by US and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission. Product and brand names referenced here are trademarks of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pioneer Cigars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in Marion County, Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the rest stays in full effect.
